Empower Me First

Empower Me First provides student success advising and mentorship to first-generation undergraduate students.  Empower Me First also strives to build community among first-generation students and guide them through both their transition in college and maximizing their undergraduate career.

The Plus One Scholars program offers individualized educational enrichment by granting University of Miami undergraduates a tuition-free year or semester beyond the normal number of years required to complete an undergraduate degree.

Residential Academic Initiatives triages academic concerns in our residential colleges with Residential Faculty & First Year Fellows, through a partnership with Housing & Residential Life.

For Faculty & Staff

The Undergraduate Advisor Consortium coordinates communications and meetings for academic advisors and support staff.
EAB's student success technology platform, Navigate, is used by academic advisors, student support staff, and faculty across the University.
